Those familiar with C-Dorys know that they are designed as shallow-draft, beachable, but seaworthy boats. The 401-Sea provided comfortable cruising (living on-board) from central NJ to Lake Champlain/Canada, Erie Canal/Syracuse, Baltimore Inner Harbor, Connecticut River and Block Island RI as well as numerous local restaurants J

We love this boat so much that we have recently moved up to a 25’ C-Dory.

Where were you all 4 months ago!!! I am happy learning the ropes with my 16' cruiser as it is easy to run by myself, but this is nice, (and close). Good luck, it will make a new (or old) C-brat very happy I am sure.

We've looked into boat transport services and they are cheaper than you might expect. If you Google "boat transport services" you can find several. To get an extimate, use standard C-Dory 22' Cruiser specs, your zip code and ours (08723). Let us know if you need further information.

My husband is now on the road with 401 Sea, on his way down to our marina on the Chesapeake Bay. Its hard to believe after a year of looking/contemplating/wishing that we finally have our perfect boat.

Thanks to everyone at the Chesapeake Bay gathering for giving us their insights and especially to John for selling us his boat.

BTW - she will be renamed "Choir Practice." If you see us wandering around the Chesapeake, stop by and say, "Hi!"

Congratulations!...enjoy!

We are so happy to have found new owners who will undoubtedly enjoy her as much as we have! You'll all be hearing from us as we explore with our 25' C-Dory (currently named Dolphinwatcher II but we're still discussing its future name).
