My folks are selling their C-Dory. Its been Garage kept most of its life. Great condition with a 2005 90 HP 4 stroke, Carburated and like new trailer, Load Rite 2013. It is loaded with all the electronics you would want. 300 hrs on the motor. Air conditioned, fridge, Microwave, Toilet with holding tank, AM FM CD player, Hot and cold water to sink, Stove, Two new batteries, VHF radio, Shore power or 12 volt, Electric cords, All new cleats, Cover, Curtains, GPS, 12V Bilge. What brand is the water heater?
This boat is a great buy for someone. No matter where you live--it is worth a drive, delivery etc.
 
That's a modified CD-22 Cruiser with the enclosed marine head at the rear of the port side of the cabin.

Would fit the bill for someone looking for that configuration, and at a lot less expense than buying a standard configuration boat and modifying it.

I don't suppose it is set up to have a shower in there, too?

I was thinking with that water heater and that rear cabin/bulkhead sump, it might not be too hard to rig one up, though! :wink

The reason I asked about the water heater, is that the photos are not clear enough to determine a brand. Perhaps the seller could make a phone call to his parents to find out the brand? It is very difficult to find a compact, 1 or 2 gallon water heater which fits under the galley. Someone went to some trouble to find one--and it is nice to share with the community, who may want to get rid of the 10 gallon heater, and put a smaller one nearer the sink and shower, as done in this excellent example.

Again, I believe this boat to be a good bargain. The head is going to be for someone who specifically wants that, and is willing to give up the dinette.
