"Catfish" was only used 3 months a year, stored under roof the rest of the year. Great for fishing or overnight anchoring.
-Queen bed forward, galley table folds down for additional bed.
-Interior is insulated and carpeted. Seating is fabric.
-Built in 2 burner stainless propane stove with outside aluminum propane bottle.
-12v. stainless hot water heater.
-12v/110 34 quart freezer/refer inside
-One of the two cockpit fish tanks has been converted to a 12v. freezer/refer.
-Covered cockpit with aluminum frame and removable Sunbrella side curtains w/windows and screens.
-Three flexible solar panels on the deckhouse with 30 amp solar charge controller. They produce enough 12v. to run both freezers/refers and any night lights while at anchor.
-Bow has stainless fitting for the boarding ladder so the boat can be beached and you can climb off the bow.
-Bow has stainless Stryker GL-3066 remote controlled spotlight.
-Windless is Lewmar Pro series with two near new chain and rode, one Bruce and one Danforth anchors.
-Two 135 Honda 4 strokes, 806 hours with spare props plus misc. parts, two Racor fuel water separators.
-The boat has all the standard equipment, hydraulic steering, etc.
-Electronics:
-Furuno marine radar model 1623 16 n.m. with 15"dome mounted on deckhouse
-Icom IC-M422 VHF marine transceiver.
-XINTEX carbon monoxide alarm for marine use
-Marino 30 amp 25 ft. shore power cord
-Garmin GPSMAP 540 series nav. and chip for California and Mexico
-Garmin ECHOMAP with Chirp 74sv and HD chip for all US and Canada West coast
-ACR Global fix Pro 406MHZ GPS Epirb

These alone make this boat unique. I am sure that your posting photos of your modifications will help to sell the boat faster...

Where is the boat located. This often has a bearing on the rapidity of the sale.

These are the pictures you sent to me, and I just uploaded them into my album, then linked them here. I am curious to know more about the insulation as I'm not sure I see it in the photos. My 22 gets a lot of condensation, particularly in the colder climates. Colorado and Arizona have much dryer climates, so I'm wondering if you have used your boat anywhere with more humid climates, and experience any condensation problems. Would also be nice to see more photos of the cockpit and roof areas showing the solar panels and freezers. Thanks. Colby
