Easy to launch, easy to maneuver, easy to beach, and easy to retrieve. Shallow draft.
Asking $13,000, For condition and quality of boat and the age of the outboard is seems fair.
Great to get out of the sun, take cover in rain/hail/wind, and for an overnight you can 'camp' in the cuddy.
Outboard was purchased new for this boat in 2016 and has had very little usage. It looks and runs like a new outboard. Was just serviced last fall. Has a prop appropriate for Denver's altitude, and also have original for lower elevation.
Boat has been stored inside for most of it's life and is in great shape.

I added a VHF radio, Fish Finder /depth, marine audio radio/Bluetooth/FM/AM stereo, new lighted compass, Garmin GPS, and two new marine batteries.
New tires, axle and springs. The rest of the trailer is OK, but does show it's age.
