Anyone have any experience ordering from this site? They seem to have one of the best prices around on the Raymarine C-80. I also see that Raymarine has a rebate going on right now so I think we will probably be ordering before that time expires.

Have you tried Marine.com? They have very good prices & some great deals on shipping.

You probably already do this, but I'd call a couple of these outfits with your list of equipment and ask for a quote before ordering. Usually they'll do better than the catalog or on-line price, especially if you need a package or are ordering more than just one or two items.

I've had great luck with Consumer Marine Electronics (http://www.consumersmarine.com) - their catalog/on-line prices are pretty competitive, but they've always done even better in a quote. I'm sure Spindocelectronics or Marine.com would do the same.
 
Sensei Roger let me in on that West Marine marine would match prices with competitors if you document it. Just submit and they should match the price. They did it for us when we bought the JRC for the old Laurna Jo. Off hand not sure of the specifics, but they did price match. Just a thought..
 

I ordered about $1800 worth of stuff from SpinDocElectronics last week. Had it in 2 days as promised. I'm happy with them. Roger -Dreamer

When I bought my C-80 system Defender.com had the best price on the web. No tax either. West Marine matched the Defender price "out the door" (including deduction for tax) but they added in the shipping I would have paid. Fair, AFAIC. They did check if the place had a brick and mortar store though.
