After getting a quote from my local Toyota dealer of $336 (before taxes) for OEM running boards and $250 :shock: to install them on our 4Runner, I did some digging.
Toyota Parts People quoted me $255 including shipping for the parts and it took me all of 30 minutes to install them using a 10mm and 12mm socket, 1/2" ratchet and nothing else! No wonder they're called "Stealerships."
In any case, I was surprised to see that the dealer who sent me the kit was "Toyota of Puyallup". Great dealer, AFAIC. Not too far from C-Dory either. You guys get all the breaks!
