transom bench seat?

Hello,
I am still waiting on my 22 angler to arrive from Wefings.
My mind is abuzz with a few ideas for making it work better for my needs.
Cockpit space is super valuable to me.
Has anyone built a bench seat that covers the transom well area?
I was thinking of possibly a teak / removable bench that has a cutout to allow engine tilt.
If so, I'd love to see some pictures.
Thanks.

There have been some fold down and removable bench seats built. We use a large plastic/reinforced box, which holds food and supplies as a bench and the splash well sides as back rest.

I looked into doing this because I had a seat that would work. However, at least on my 22, the transom ledge which is the obvious place to put the seat is a bit too high to make the seat comfortable for most people (and my boat has the flat floor which actually raises it up a bit). A bench seat would have to be mounted to the floor and would take up too much space in the 22 cruiser cockpit (IMO).

The Brat's name is John and is on a 22' cruiser called Lizzy Anne from Maryland. I don't know if he's still active or not.

This bench seat is cool because it's a lot longer than one that's mounted on the transom well would be.
