When I try to find info on a specific topic I know has been discussed I usually have only limited success using the 'search' button. I hesitate to start a new thread and usually give up. What are the tricks? I don't want to waste anyone's time with a new 'reinvent the wheel' post when I know from reading this site that guaranteed it has been throughly discussed way beyond incredibly completely.
Recently I was able to solve a sticky windows problem with a successful search. However, using defaults and an inquiry 'windows sticking' I got 18 pages to sort and found the thread on page 4. Thank you Flip. Using 'sticky windows' gave different results.
My current question; has anyone had problems with the counter top material around the stove and sink. 'Snap Out Of It! is 6 years old and has stains that I could not remove. This spring I used Soft N Scrub and it somewhat worked. However, I obviously removed whatever protective surface coating was there because it now stains easily.
I am trying to stay appropriately positive for this great site and not let my frustrations show, BUT I just went to Spell Check and got 'php Spell' and on my computer it did not work!
