Venture Sink Size

I am looking for the outside rim measurements (length & width) of the galley sink installed on a Venture 23. I want to build a new cutting board for over our sink and measured it before leaving the boat on the East Coast, but then I left the measurements onboard. Duh.... Anyone have their Venture handy and easily able to provide these measurements? I know the Venture sink is bigger than the one installed on a C22. While our boat was built in 2006 by Cape Cruiser, I suspect the newer C-Dory model is the same or very close.

I have a 2006 CC Venture, as well. I'll be heading out to the boat this afternoon, and will take the measurements. I'll post if no one else beats me to it.
 
I don't know if the Cape Cruisers and Ventures used the same size sink but I can measure mine when I get home about 5:30 pm est.

Sorry, I don't have the measurements handy, and we're out of the country for a while.

When I made a cutting board for our sink I made it slightly shorter than the sink which allows the cutting board to be used but still permits the faucet to drain into the sink.

...and, cut the underside of the cutting board so it fit's inside edge of the sink so it doesn't slide around when underway.

I made our cutting board out of a standard HDPF? cutting board, trimmed it with a band saw, and adhered 4 cleats made from the scraps to the underside so that it will not slide off. has worked fine for years.

Ours measures 13" x 17" outside to outside and 10" x 14" on the inside to inside
I just attached two wood strips underneath long ways cut to length so the board stays put while underway. My wife did the measuring I take no responsibility for errors. :mrgreen:

Well, looks like you've got plenty of information, but for what it's worth:

Outside dimensions: 16 7/8 L X 12 7/8 W

Inside dimensions: 13 7/8 L X 9 7/8 W (approximations due to curved edges and slightly angled sides)
