More good news Bob. Thanks for passing that on, it is good to hear, and glad the pain is gone. As you know, there are lots of mobility options, but, as you know, family support, a positive attitude, prayers and willingness to work at rehab are the best predictors of a good outcome. And you have them all.

May you all have a very Merry Christmas.

Bob you are the most amazing person ,helpful to all. Knowing there are great human beings out there is heart warming, only wish I had the pleasure of knowing you in person. Very glad you had good results .best wishes.

Thank you all. It is having blessed friends like the C Brats which helps us all thru those bumps in life!

My dad belonged to a small paper yacht club in Long Beach most of his life, I joined at age 15, and was a member until I left S. Calif at age 56. It was an extended family of dedicated small boat sailors who took care of each other. I see the C Brat community is akin. Even though I belonged to some fancier yacht clubs, I always raced under the burgee of the small paper club. I looked up that club's current dues: $125 a year. Some of my friends sons and daughters are now in the club. A club anyone can belong to.

I just got back from follow up from the Cardiologist who did the procedure in S. Calif. I have go ahead to start rehab (formal when I get back in Pensacola--will begin some walking around Santa Monica.) Hope to get strength back to be able to use the C Dory again: #1 goal!

All the best Bob, Prayers for strength to do as you will and continued healing through rehab. :thup :thup

As Dr. Bob said, Patty and I enjoyed a great day of conversation with Bob and Marie in Arizona, and frankly we were worried as they drove away on their journey to California. We are both SO relieved it has turned out well, and we do plan on stopping in at Pensacola on our way to Apalachicola to start the Loop in March. +2 on what everyone else has said about your contributions to C-Brats and what you mean to all of us who have been privileged to know you and Marie!
