Is anyone using the Wavve Boating App on their iPhones for planning or navigating? If so what are your thoughts?

I would not use Wavve. No maps in some areas like Lake Powell, not as detailed as either as above. I see some mistakes in our local waters. No Active Captain.
For simpler and graphic/with Active Captain (dated) Aquamap.
Detailed and accurate: Navionics. I run both on I pad and Navionics on Ray Marine MFD.

NOAA buoy reports for swells/wave height are the most comforting in PNW Strait crossings and when the wind shows 10 knots or less.
