What autopilot works with mechanical steering

I know that hydraulic steering systems are easy to add auto pilot.

With our sailboats, we used an AP with a wheel mounted motor system.

Is there an AP system that works with mechanical steering for the C-Dorys??

I couldn't find the right combo of search terms here to find an answer. :(
 
Generally there have been pilots which are put on the shaft of the wheel, and use the cable from the helm as the accentuate--as the tiller pilot type of sailboat auto pilots.

My personal experience has been far better with hydraulic pilots.

I have heard some good things about the Octopus system--but have no personal experience

Similar: Intellisteer Type S Remote,

Simrad has: Simrad HLD-2000MK2L But that would only work with non feed back cables. I would advise against it--even though I really like Simard pilots.
