What year did the counters lift? anyone know? 84 classic

HAPPY HOLIDAYS! my 84 classic / Wallace project got me thinking.. the stove seems low, when its on the original counter top. I know the later model boats got higher cabinets .. I'm thinking about new boxes to get the counter height up. Any Classic owners feel the same? Any projects to share on this topic?

Doug- The interior re-design was done with the hull and cabin (exterior) changes done first in 1987.

I can't give you any first hand advice, as I owned a 1987 Cruiser with all the changes intact, except to do what you want to make the boat more useful and functional as you need it. Have fun!
