Roger, I will give you and Will-C credit for coming up with some creative clandestine ("flowery") ways of solving Tom's problem, however Roger (Sensei) and I are more "country" thinking ie: direct approach in our ways. (Perhaps not always the wisest :roll: but certainly effective)
 
Roger the country boy in me has to explain the error in your ways. Your way leads to no conflict. No quilt. no wrong doing and in the end no make up sex. This is why country boys are happy boys. :lol:

What do you expect? It isn't even St. Pat's Day, yet! :xlol Tom, my young, naive friend... if you think your weather is cold, wait 'till you see the shoulder you will get when you piss off that lovely woman. In the grand scheme of things, Christmas lights up at the end of February (or March or April) is pretty benign. If it makes her happy, who gives a rat's rear what the neighbors think? Trust me on this, Tom - in a few years, there will be some changes. You will be willing to put up the Christmas lights in April yourself if you think it will help with the mood swings and hot flashes.

Pick your battles wisely; this is nuthin'. You did me a big favor years ago; I repaid the favor by taking you out on Wild Blue; take my advice on this one, and you will be owing me. :wink: Did you ever buy her the little "Santa's helper outfit"?? 8)
