Which model windlass is installed? Maybe worth the time to open it up for an inspection
I would draw out the entire windlass wiring.
Maybe other items on this circuit and it is overloaded.
What size is the circuit breaker? 40 Amps, 50 Amps??
Do you have one or 2 batteries?

Often you can take pcis with your cell phone and emailed them to yourself and the email program will reduce the file size. Then save the pics make to cell phone in reduced size and post fron browser or save pics to computer and post. Sometimes email programs do not reduce file size sufficiently and a third party program is needed to reduce file size
