Whew! That was bad, hands shaking, sweating, double vision - no C-Brats for what seemed like an eternity! Thanks, Bill, for your efforts in getting us back up!

Cathy as watching me closely for physical signs of withdrawal. Mentally she knew I was gone when several things got done around the place.

With the crappy weather today, we were "boat-bound" - REALLY missed having the C-Brats! My thanks, Bill, for all you do to make this such a great place. We all know that stuff happens (excrement occurs?) and this isn't your livelyhood (in spite of the big-bucks rumors); makes our appreciation even more heart-felt! :thup

I think we should have some emergency numbers for when something like this happens. I didn't know if it was on my end or the site. Bill is about the closest Brat to me but I did not want to call him. If it was the site down I knew he would be up to his armpits in alligators.

If we had some emergency numbers we could have commiserated, could of helped each other through the withdrawal symptoms, could of formed a support group!

Dont know what happened but it was not good. Bill is there some one at jaguarpc you would like me to visit??? :twisted: And if we are up on another server then who? and do you need to recoup any cost from me. We are really glad that you manage this whole thing for our benifit. Just let us know what you need.
 
I did call Mike Barber...only problem is, there are TWO Mike Barbers in Warrenton, OR...I babbled on about "shaking hands" and "withdrawal" - and the guy on the other end of the line must have thought he had a lunatic (no disrespect to Chris and Janet of course) on the phone!

Well, it would be good if we did have an on line discussion group or chat room to fill in when the ORACLE FAILS, the SKY BLACKENS, and The BIG BANG HAS CONTRACTIONS.

Unfortunately, I had gone down to Southern California to pick up a tri-axle trailer shipped out here from Ohio, so was already a three-day victum of grand mal seizures from cold turkey withdrawl.

What's worse, the town of Barstow didn't help. IT's DOA into the 21 Century and not even looking like any form of recussitation is on the horizon.

When I got back to Redding, only to find out the site was down, I was forced to enter a Late-Life Soul Searching that resulted in Three Religious Conversions, a Real Estate/Self Improvement Convention, and a Fruitless Pilgrimage to the Miami Boat Show.

It sure do get crazy when the connection breaks.................
