For any boat where the launching is going to be single handing, and there is wind/current--a good investment is a set of side bunks aft, and then side guides forward--these can guide the boat on nicely. Couple this with an electric winch, and remote set up which allows you to remain aboard the boat until she is securely on the trailer, this should allow single handed launch and retrieval easily.
