Happy birthday Dusty. Anyone with the taste to buy a TC24 has it all together!

We had TC24 and really liked the ride. The open v-berth is also a plus. And it's a c-dory! That being said we sold the TC and bought another boat (a Grand Banks 32). If you are willing to spend the money for a Ranger Tug 27 there are many, many nice boats out there. We can no longer trailer...

You might also want to consider Hilton Harbor in Bellingham if you don't mind the longer drive. Easy access to the San Juan's and storage on your trailer is $250/month with unlimited ins/outs. Water and electricity are included. We kept our tomcat there and we're very happy.

We have used the 303 repellant and cleaner (recommended by sunbrella) for some time and they work well.

I agree with Tom. We boat all year long. Winter cruising is sometimes the best. No crowds and with the Wallas going it can be very, very cozy. That's what a c- dory is for.

Gee, after buying a Grand Banks, anyone who wants to add teak to their boat is adventurous. But, looks like a great addition and at least it isn't structural. One piece of advice would be go let the teak age naturally with no coatings that will make it slick or degrade the wood. Natural teak...
