    Cavitation burns

These props are cast from molten aluminum. The molten solution could have had some impureties that collected at the outer edge of that blade. Another possibility is the prop could have been removed from the tool before it was fully cured. Unless it occurs on the remaing blades, I would just...

Fuel pickup is clogged in tank. Not Switch

Jim, Before you go to the trouble of removing the fuel tank, disconnect the line at the "fuel selector switch" and check for an obstruction in the line. Finding none, reattach the line to tank and give a quick blast of air into the tank. This should dislodge whatever is preventing fuel from...

Pressured fresh water leaking on new boat...

Ken, The hex nut on end of braided hose has a tapered rubber plug that is designed to seal against whatever fitting it is screwed to. You might check to see if the inside diameter of the plastic fitting is too large to allow a proper seal.

2017 Great time to explore Canada's Waterways

Jeff, Sounds like you have done what I hope to do next summer! Would you care to comment on current "porta-pottie" requirements in Canadian waters? Last year there were rumors of boats being impounded for not having a permanently installed holding tank! Thanks.....
