On top of my Permatrim, I mounted a couple of trolling plate fins. They gave me more steering control at slower speeds, and a tighter/faster turn rate. The one's i have are made by Uncle Norm's Marine Products and are called "hydrofoil fins". Not sure of this linking thing here, but here goes...
