Today is our 28th wedding anniversary. I've been very lucky to find such a wonderful woman. She's tolerated me for more years than I could have if the roles were reversed. She puts up with my ill conceived jokes (like "28 years, that's four seven year itches for a lesser man - I mean do the math"). She shares many of my interests and does a good job of faking enthusiasm for the things I enjoy that don't interest her. Tonight, we'll have a nice dinner at Serafina's (Italian restaurant on Eastlake) and then go up the space needle for a glass of wine and to watch the sunset. Looking forward to at least another 28.

When I look at what elegant creatures women are... and consider what neanderthals most men are... well you have to appreciate the grand design that causes them to not only tolerate us, but sometimes find us worthy of their attention.

Oh My!!! Didn't realize she was 28 years old. Bring her up here for some more seafood so she can listen to fishing talk. :wink: :wink:

Congrats!!!!! The good ones are worth their weight in gold. We're smart enough to marry them and get off cheap.
