Is this a potential alternate C-Dory power source for use in the Alaska shallows?

Alaskan Clydesdale

Only in Alaska ....... This guy raised an abandoned moose calf with his horses, and believe it or not, he has trained it for lumber removal and other hauling tasks. Given the 2,000 pounds of robust muscle, and the splayed, grippy hooves, he claims it is the best work animal he has. He says the secret to keeping the moose around is a sweet salt lick, although during the rut he disappears for a couple of weeks, but always comes home.... impressive!

Paul-
What an interesting story!

I wonder how many horsepower the moose (or MooseMobile) equals :?:

Does the moose also serve as a watch dog?

I've got one like that too. He's a little guy, so all the conquests are probably to compensate for his small stature complex.

I guess he just a...

runt stuck in a rutting rut,

so to speak.

Joe.

Did ya ever hear the story about the Young Bull and the Old Bull, standing on the hill overlooking a herd of young cows in the valley below..........

Joe, in an effort to keep on topic with this thread, I'd suggest that he is looking for an "Alternate Power Source".... :smiled

On topic? ON TOPIC?

Who said anything about being on topic???

So tell me thing one about the young bull and the old bull....?

I'm old and slow and don't remember much anymore and do everything slowly and deliberately.

Maybe I can learn something from the old bull in the story???

Joe.
