Does anyone use a kicker motor on the starboard side?

Do you know how much this motor weighs? I have a Tohatsu 20hp that has 8 hr on ot from my Rib and I would like to use it on my 22' cruiser for awhile. I think it weighs right around 100lbs

Thank you, I looked up the weights online and I saw there was a different weight for a pull start with manual tilt vs all electric. It seems crazy that the 9.8hp weighs basically the same as a 20hp.

It is beause they are the same 333 cu in. Block. The 9.9 will push your boat as well as the 20, unless you are able to swing a larger prop. Neither will plane the boat.
