Gas prices getting worse. 3.69 per gallon locally in eastern Pa. The week before in south New Jersey we bought diesel for 3.55 per gallon. Gas in New Jersey we have seen for as low as 3.51 per gallon.

It's $4.05 in Sammamish this AM if you pay with a card. Sure, I don't like the price, but the fact that they're now (again) charging 10 cents less for cash ticks me off even more. That Volt is looking better every day.

How about 8600 miles at 230 mpg or around 38 gallons of fuel to do the distance.

Our fuel prices went up to 4.40 and the lowest we saw was 3.90.

$3.99 for diesel in Anchorage at Fred Meyers - Muldoon. $3.79 for reg. gas. Just put some of each in my vehicles.

Gas prices in eastern Pa. dropping a little lately. The local Costco 3.35 for regular unleaded. Diesel still hanging around at 4.07 per gallon in Pa. New Jersey where road taxes are lower; regular unleaded was selling for 3.19 last week.

Wow! :roll: If you weren't about 150 gallons away, I'd come fill up (with about 47 gallons for Big Red)! Even I don't think that's cost effective.

No, Jim; unfortunately, no non-ethanol available in our area. So, we just use it up as expeditiously as possible. :wink:
