Dotty and I always enjoy those weekend concerts at the locks. It is such a beautiful setting, the music is always great.and you can enjoy the botanical gardens and the boats going through the locks. And it's free!

.... :note :note :note "I think it was the 4th of July" - The title of the post reminded me of the first line in the Chicago song.

"People laughing, people talking, a ma selling ice cream" oh well... sorry for the distraction.

Sorry I won't be able to make it this Saturday - break a leg.

this was my first reaction to this heading also. I was a fan of Chicago.

Same here.... Chicago was one of the first concerts I went to in Nashville a few years back now... Blood Sweat & Tears shared the evening. Great horn night. ... followed soon there after by Three Dog Night... and a few years later, several years in a row of the Charlie Daniels Band and friends with the Volunteer Jams.... Awesome memories.

Clarksville's new water front plan has an ampitheater planed in the project and will be great to attend via hopefully fun raft up in the river nights!!!

Thanks for the memories and starting this link. Hope the show and sounds go well!!!
