LEWMAR DELTA 22 Pound Anchor With Lead Shim Installed
This is a $45 induction cooker connected to a 1000W pure sine wave inverter. The lowest setting is a nice simmer and the highest setting could fry (which I never do). It doesn't trip the inverter. It seems to be about a quick as a microwave and no open flame.
I have 2 hand held radio's and have mounted the charging brackets in the helm next to the on board vhf radio mic. They are wired in to stay charged
